COVID 19

All parks have the expectation that guests will not arrive in the park if COVID symptomatic or if showing general signs of sickness or if someone in their party exhibits these. Parks also expect all guests to follow current legislative requirements for example self-isolation when either COVID positive or the household contact of someone who is COVID positive. In such cases, the Book with Confidence Guarantee may be applicable.

All guests are expected to practice good personal hygiene (hand washing, not travelling if anyone in the party is unwell etc.).

All parks continue to have enhanced cleaning regimes in place and offer sanitisation in appropriate areas of the park.

We kindly ask that all TOP 10 customers show respect to staff at the parks across our group. These continue to be challenging and stressful times on a number of levels for all of us and our staff will be doing their best to deliver the service levels you are accustomed to at our parks and keep everyone safe at the same time. Rude and/or abusive behaviour towards staff, and/or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of a booking and/or membership termination.

Book with Confidence Guarantee: 

We understand that the relative uncertainty we are continue to feel in different ways may have implications for your confidence to book a stay at one of our parks over the next couple of months and, with that in mind, we have retained a “Book with Confidence Guarantee” applicable to bookings made online via our website www.top10.co.nz and directly with the parks.

All parks reserve the right to implement and amend any health related policies as and when they deem appropriate. 

Booking Policies

The following booking conditions apply for holiday reservations at Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park

  • A maximum number of occupants applies for each different cabin type as noted on Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Parks website. These maximums include infants and cannot be exceeded. Infants are under 2 years, children are 2 - 14 years old.
  • Each cabin type has a different minimum stay, dependent on whether the dates fall in the off-peak, mid, peak or summer peak seasons.
  • The prices for accommodation quoted on this website are for the first 2 persons, unless otherwise noted.
  • All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Check in time is between 2.30pm and 9.00pm, and check out time is by 10.00am, daily. If you will be arriving after 9:00pm, please contact Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park 24 hours in advance to arrange for your late arrival. Full payment of the account and any relevant deposits must be paid in advance.
  • Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park accepts Visa, Mastercard. If you are paying by credit card, the same credit card must be presented for verification upon arrival at Waikanae Beach Holiday Park.
  • Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park will confirm the accommodation tariff with either a tentative booking letter or a confirmation booking letter and receipt via email within 24 hours after making the reservation.
  • Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults.
  • Guests are required to present valid photographic identification and credit card upon arrival. Any damage caused during the stay may be charged against that card.
  • The balance of account is payable upon arrival at Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park. The balance can be paid by cash, credit card or EFTPOS upon arrival. Cheques are NOT accepted.
  • Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time.
  • Waikanae Beach  TOP 10 Holiday Park does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its website or for any products or services purchased from its website.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

Cancelations to be made 7 days prior to arrival to receive a refund, an administration fee of $20.00NZD applies; deposits are non refundable on cancelations within 7 days. If the park is full and a booking is canceled within our 7 day clause and not subsequently re sold the unsold sites or accommodation may be charged to the cancelling customer, subject to the managers discretion. Prices are subject to change without prior notification. (During peak periods minimum of 2 persons charge applies). No refunds are given for early departure.

Privacy Policy

Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park is committed to protecting your privacy and to developing technology that gives you the most powerful and secure online experience. You can travel through most of our site without giving us any information about yourself. But sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request, and this statement of privacy explains data collection and use in those situations. Your personal details will then be able to be accessed by TOP 10 Holiday Park Central office and other TOP 10 Holiday parks if you are making a reservation with them. Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park will not, except as required by law, share this information with any other third parties without your permission. If you purchase a TOP 10 Membership Card all of the Conditions of the Card wil apply.
