Booking Policies
The following booking conditions apply to reservations at Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park.
Occupancy Limits
Each accommodation type has a maximum occupancy as listed on the Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park website. This includes infants (under 2 years) and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. Age categories: Infants are under 2 years old, and children are 2–14 years old.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Minimum stay requirements vary depending on public holiday weekends, peak periods, and seasonal demand. Please refer to the specific booking dates for applicable minimum stay conditions.
Rates & Payments
Accommodation rates are based on the first two persons unless otherwise specified. Additional fees apply for extra guests. A deposit for the first nights accommodation is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid upon arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash and EFTPOS. A 2% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: Between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM (standard hours) or 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM during Christmas/Summer hours. Check-out time: By 10:00 AM daily.
Guests arriving after reception hours must contact Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park at least 24 hours in advance to arrange for a late check-in. All payments, including any required deposits, must be settled prior to arrival.
Confirmation of Booking
A confirmation email with booking details will be sent within 24 hours of making a reservation.
Identification and Security
Guests must present valid photo identification (passport for international guests) and a credit card upon arrival. The name on the photo ID must match the name on the credit card and the reservation. The lead guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay, which may be charged to the credit card on file.
Guest Conduct
As a family friendly holiday park, we expect all guests to be respectful and considerate of others at all times. Quiet hours are from 10pm and 7am. During this time, noise must be kept to a minimum. Excessive noise, alcohol consumption or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without reimbursement.
Prohibited Bookings
We do not accommodate bookings for festivals, music concerts, hen or stag nights, or similar events.
Liability
While Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park strives to ensure the accuracy of website information, we cannot guarantee the site is free from errors. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our website or products/services purchased through it.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to receive a refund, minus a $20 NZD administration fee. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
If the park is fully booked and a cancellation is made within the 7-day period, any unsold sites or accommodations may be charged to the cancelling guest, at the manager’s discretion, if they are not rebooked.
Guests are liable for the total cost of their stay as booked. No refunds will be issued for early departures or late arrivals.
Privacy Policy
Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park is committed to protecting your privacy and to developing technology that gives you the most powerful and secure online experience. You can travel through most of our site without giving us any information about yourself. But sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request, and this statement of privacy explains data collection and use in those situations. Your Personal Information
We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you are asked to register before ordering e-mail newsletters, joining a limited-access premium site, or when purchasing. Personal information collected is limited to e-mail address, language, country or location, but may include other information when needed to provide a service you requested. For example: If you choose to make a purchase, we will request personal information such as: name, address, telephone number, credit card number and shipping information. Your personal details will then be able to be accessed by TOP 10 Holiday Park Central office and other TOP 10 Holiday parks if you are making a reservation with them. Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park will not, except as required by law, share this information with any other third parties without your permission. If you purchase a TOP 10 Membership Card all of the Conditions of the Card wil apply.
Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park and its family of Web sites, and, (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park, its Web sites, or the public
Control of your Personal Information
When you register, or otherwise give us personal information, Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed. It will only be used for the purposes stated above.
